The Willows Senior Apartments is an age restricted community offering apartments priced appropriately for households with all residents age 62 and older with a combined family earning no more than 50% and 60% of the county median income. This income restriction is governed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and enforced through Deed Restrictions designed to provide better living opportunities to senior households otherwise priced out of similar living accommodations or unable to find similar living accommodations due to lack of supply.

The community features 90 apartments in the heart of Lebanon, with beautifully appointed 1 and 2 bedroom units nestled within one large structure featuring central common areas which include a host of modern conveniences and entertainment facilities.
